2. The consumer commits, when purchasing a service or product from this store, not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
When applying to join the store as a user, you are obligated to disclose certain information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the store's services. By doing so, you agree to:
1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and agree to notify this store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your security information.
2. The store shall not be liable for any loss that may result directly or indirectly, morally or materially, from the disclosure of the consumer’s username or login password.
3. You commit to using your account or membership in the store by yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. In case others use it, this is considered as evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. You commit to using the store seriously and honestly.
5. You commit to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration in the store and commit to updating your data if it changes in reality or if there is a need to do so.
6. Our store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details confidentially.
7. If the store finds that you have disclosed false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or illegal information or have violated what is stated in the terms of use, the store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or store account on the platform without prejudice to the store's other rights and legitimate means to recover its rights and protect other consumers.
8. In case of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing the store's services again.

Article 7 - Modifications to the Terms of Use and Fees:
1. If any article or provision in this agreement is canceled or if any article or provision becomes invalid, this does not invalidate the rest of the articles, provisions, rules, and conditions of this agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2. This agreement, which is amended from time to time as needed, forms the basis for work, understanding, agreement, and contracting between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees on some consumers, depending on the offers, products, or services they request or based on state-imposed fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or expenses under the provisions of the terms of use on any of the consumers for any reason for their registration.

2. The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the commonly accepted market value.
3. The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and vouchers for all amounts and profits generated in its store and to providing the consumer with a receipt for their purchase of a service or product.
4. The store is committed to providing recognized accounting standards in its electronic store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and to fulfilling the legal, economic, commercial, and organizational interests.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property:

2. The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store's name, words, logos, and other symbols related to or displayed on the store, as all rights associated with the store's name are fully owned by the store.

Article 10 - Store Responsibility:

2. The store is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the consumer, or by a third party, such as shipping companies.
3. The store and its employees, owners, and representatives commit to ensuring that the product or service is legitimate, authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and used for lawful purposes.

Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform's services at any time without notice and for any reason, without limitation.

Article 12 - Applicable Law:
This terms of use agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the applicable laws of the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 - General Provisions:
If any article or provision in this terms of use agreement is canceled or if any article or provision becomes invalid, this does not invalidate the rest of the articles, provisions, rules, and conditions of the terms of use, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This terms of use agreement, which may be amended from time to time as needed, constitutes the terms of use and the mechanism for work, understanding, agreement, and contracting between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement agree to consider the following:
1. The Arabic language is the language used in interpreting the provisions of this agreement or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed on the store's services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. Promotional or marketing offers that the store may provide are temporary, and the store has the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the dealings between the store and the consumer.
5. This terms of use agreement can only be terminated by a decision issued by the store management.
