1. Time period for return or exchange
- Returns: Customers can return products within 3 days of the date of receiving the product.
- Exchanges: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. We are committed to refunding the payment or replacing the product, according to the customer's choice, provided it meets the return and exchange conditions stated below.
2. Conditions for return or exchange
- The product must be in its original condition as received, with its sealed packaging and without any damage or alterations.
- All accessories and gifts that came with the product must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
- The product must be delivered to the Mixer Audio Store headquarters by the customer, or the customer will bear the shipping costs if available.
- Products that are returned or exchanged must be unused and in exactly new condition as received.
- In the event of ordering through Tabby or Tamara on an installment plan and the customer requests cancellation and refund based on their wishes, 8% of the total order amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount paid will be refunded.
3. Available Return Methods
We offer customers the following options regarding returns or exchanges:
- Refunds: Customers can receive a refund using the same payment method. If payment was made by credit card or bank check, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account within 14-21 business days.
- Product Exchange: The customer may choose to exchange the product for another available item. Please note that the customer is responsible for handling the payment process with their bank if the return is made by credit card or bank transfer.
4. Exceptions to the return and exchange policy
There are some cases that are not covered by our return or exchange policy:
- Damage resulting from misuse: If the product is damaged as a result of misuse or incorrect installation, this is not covered by the return or exchange policy.
- The customer requests modifications to the product and wishes to exchange or return it, but this is not possible. The customer can request additional modifications to the product as he wishes.
- Serial number discrepancies: The device's serial number must match the one on the original carton. Total or partial damage: If there is a change in the condition of the product or carton, such as discoloration, damage, or any other defect not present upon receipt of the product.
- Improper use of the product: If the product is used incorrectly or if the product is opened improperly, this may affect the possibility of return or exchange.
5. How to submit a return or exchange request: Customers can contact us via email or WhatsApp to submit a return or exchange request. The request will be reviewed to ensure it meets the stated conditions, and we will take the necessary action as quickly as possible.
6. Policy for undelivered orders:
If the customer wishes to cancel or modify an order that has not yet been received, we would like to clarify the following:
- The value of an undelivered order can be refunded within 3 days of the date of the sale order.
- An unreceived order can be replaced within 5 days of the date of the sale order.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted no later than 3 days before the delivery date.
- If the order has actually been shipped or has left with the shipping company, the store is entitled to charge shipping fees or any operational fees resulting from the cancellation.
7. Technical maintenance visit:
If the customer requests a visit to his location in order to inspect the device or move it for maintenance purposes, a fixed visit fee of 250 riyals will be charged.
- If the customer decides to cancel the maintenance request for any reason after the technician's visit, the visit fee will not be refunded.
- However, if it is agreed that the maintenance will be carried out during the visit or immediately afterward, no fees will be charged for the visit, and it will be included in the value of the service provided.
Special note regarding discounts, offers, and coupons:
Orders containing an exclusive discount or promotional code are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
